We read your homepage and up to two more public pages. Nothing runs until you confirm. No email needed.

This check asks ten buyer questions on one engine, Perplexity, once each. The $490 Category Audit asks the same ten on five engines, three runs each.

The shortlist wheel

Rings are engines, spokes are buyer questions. A filled mark means the engine named you in its answer; an open mark means it did not. The Free 10-question check fills one ring. The other rings are what the $490 Category Audit measures.

The check runs from your website, your company name and your category. Its daily limits are counted per network and for the whole site, so no address is asked for. We read your public pages only to propose the name and category, and keep nothing we read. If you ask for the result by email, your address is used for that reply and nothing else. We keep it for 24 months and then delete it. No call, no sales sequence.

Questions about the Free 10-question check

What does the Free 10-question check (one engine) measure?

Whether Perplexity names your company when a buyer asks ten shortlist questions in your category: three best of, three alternatives, two comparison, one evaluation and one use case. Each answer is marked named or not named, and the count places you on the published absence ladder.

Is it free, and do I need an email?

It is free. No email is needed; runs are limited per network and per day, and by the site's daily allowance.

Why do you read my website?

To propose your company name and your category in a buyer's words, so the only thing you type is your address. We read your homepage and at most two more public pages, with a user agent that names Broadcastwell, and keep nothing we read. Nothing runs until you confirm.

How is it different from the $490 Category Audit?

The Category Audit is ten questions, five engines, three runs: 150 scheduled observed answers and three prioritized fixes. Findings within 48 hours of category confirmation. It also shows who is named instead of you and the sources visible in those answers.

Does one run tell me where I stand?

It is one run on one engine, and answers vary between runs. That is why the paid measurements ask every question three times on every engine and report the disagreement.

What does a result link keep, and for how long?

Only what the result shows: your company name, website, category, the ten questions, their marks and any answer text and sources the run returned. No email and nothing about you. The link is private and not indexed by search engines. It is kept for 30 days and then deleted, and the browser that made it can delete it sooner.
